Registration and login is compulsory to complete the purchase from Growzeri, The registration and account details should be current and correct for all communication related to the purchases from the website. The company aims to sell products at market price/MRP unless otherwise mentioned. The price displayed/mentioned at the time of ordering will be the price charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, there are neither additional charges nor refunds as the case may be at the time of delivery.
Maximum of 10% of bill value can be utilized from your "MY CASH" on every successful order.
Coupons / Offers / Cashback are not applicable on Combo products
Cancellation of orders once placed is not feasible for operational reasons. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances, customers can cancel by contacting our customer service. Growzeri reserves the right to decide to approve / reject any cancelation request and effect refund / retain.
Growzeri has easy returns and refund policy which allows customers to return any product if they are not of satisfactory quality or contains any defect. Customers have to return the product at the time of delivery to enable us to communicate the defect to the concerned manufacturer/company. It is also requested that a user should check if the product seal is intact (i.e. not broken) while accepting the order to avoid any kind of damage related complaints post-delivery.
A credit note will be issued for the value of returned products which will be credited to your account on the website. This can be used to pay your subsequent purchase from Growzeri.
The total value of returned products can be seen under “My Returns” in the website. The total value should be used during the next subsequent order made in the website. Fragmenting of the total value amount is not possible. If there is amount available in My Cash Wallet and My Returns, clubbing of both is not allowed.
Every effort has been made to display the colors of the products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. Appearance of the products displayed may vary as per the colour setting of the personal devices of customer.
